He is survived by: his wife Carla Lynn Burcham (Blevins); his children, Shaunna Rene Dexter (Gregory) of Circleville, Ohio, John Francis Mitchell of Logan and Joel Timothy Mitchell of Columbus, Ohio; his grandchildren, Melanie Starlin, Jamey Starlin (Amy) and Dustin Dexter (Ashli); his great grandchildren, Jamey Scott Starlin, Dodge, Gigi and Ellie Dexter; and his siblings, Richard L. "Rich" Burcham (Lucille) of Logan, Brian D. Burcham (Bonnie) of Logan, James R. "Jamie" Burcham of Logan and Rebecca Lynn "Becky" Burcham-Harris of Logan. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
