He is survived by: his parent Eva Mae Haggerty Blount; his children, Richard Paul Blount Jr. of Logan, Michael Vincent Blount (Shannon) of Rockbridge, Nicki Belcher (Ramey Householder) of Logan and Krista Rollins (Cody) of Logan; his grandchildren, Megan, Michael Tyler, Abby, Rylann, Hemi and Willow; his great grandchild Eli; his sisters, Patty Church (Scott) of Hilliard, Paula Black (David) of Marysville and Robin Belcher of Logan; and his child Pixie Russell Enderle of Rockbridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
