He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Leroy and Imogene Catherine Devore (Weaver); and his brothers, Edward "Eddie" Estep and William "Sandy" Estep. He is survived by: his wife Becky Devore; his children, Josh Devore (Tiffany) of East Liverpool, Heath Devore (Molly) of Chester and Jennifer Roberts (Matt) of Helena, Montana; his grandchildren, Caleb, Kaitlyn, Alexa Devore, Corban, Carter Devore and Gracie Roberts; his sister Ruthie Mohler of Logan, Ohio; his stepson Adam Hatton (Chelsea); his parents-in-law, Dan and Linda Scott; and his in-laws, Mitch, Capi Scott, Julie, Bob Frazier, Christy and Doug Boggs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Antioch Alliance Church (11947 Antioch Rd, Logan, OH 43138). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the New Fairview Memorial Gardens (27841 Fairview Cemetery Rd, Rockbridge, OH 43149).
