He was predeceased by: his former wife Maxine Cummings (Cox); his daughter Elane; his son-in-law Rowe Buroker; his son Mark Cummings; and his siblings, Lawrence Cummings, Herschel Cummings, Louis Cummings, Clifford Cummings and Evelyn Skidmore (Cummings).
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Cummings (Somers); his children, Allen Herschel Cummings (Phyllis) of Lima, Christy Gray (Stuart) of Richwood and Rhonda Butterfield (Bill) of Kenton; his grandchildren, Scott Cummings (Kylie), Rowena Koby (Brian), Spoke Buroker (Angela), Eric Buroker (Ronna), Rochelle Wroten (John), Tyler Gray (Holly), Amie Gray, Bryant Piper, Jaymie Rodenberger (Nate), Jordin Hayes (Ryan), Jaycie Schrader (Shawn), Ethan Butterfield (Devon), Zach Butterfield (Christina), Alex Butterfield and Seth Butterfield (Sydney); his great grandchildren, McKenna, Jace Cummings, Wesley, Brayden Koby, Emmalynn, Eli Gray, Logan, Elliot, Oliver, Cade, Hadley, Isla Butterfield, Caibrae Fowler, Zak Cochran, Aizlyn, Deakon Rodenberger, Sawyer Schrader, Keshia Coogan, Austin Buroker, Kylie Buroker, Emsley and Daxton Buroker; his great great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Landyn, Layne and Zakariah; and his friends, Lowell Brown and Rodney Britton of Mt. Victory.
Masks will be required and Covid-19 protocols should be followed at all services.
