He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmer Lester and Nancy Jane Carr (Shipley); and his brother Larry Bolyard. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Anne Carr (Wollenberg); his children, Brandon Michael Carr of Lancaster, Travis Alan Carr (Brandie) of Nelsonville, Ohio and Heather Lee Leadbetter (Ryan) of Rockbridge; his grandchildren, Sydney, Dylan, Zahkia, Isaiah, Logan and Lane; and his brothers, Chalmer Carr of New Lexington, Steve Carr of New Plymouth, Ohio and Scott Carr of Bowling Green. He is also survived by his grandkids and dogs.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made in Randy's name to the charity of one's choice.
