He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frederick and Edna Mae VanBibber (Wade); and his grandson Airman Justin David Moore. He is survived by: his children, Troy Allen VanBibber (Mindy) of Logan, Tina Marie VanBibber of Logan, Tara Lynn Farley (Tom) of Logan and Wendolyn Kay Sheets of Logan; and his siblings, Rudy VanBibber (Vivian) of Logan and Ginger Perry (Eddie) of New Straitsville, Ohio. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
