Phyllis Foreman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2023, at the age of 95, Phyllis Foreman in Logan, Ohio, born in Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, A. J. Hudson and Imogene Hudson (Durflinger); her husband Herbert E. Foreman; her grandson Cody Laird; her niece Lois; and her nephews, David Messer and Greg Messer.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Foreman (Kayleen) of West Liberty, William Foreman (Mary) of Bellefontaine and Pamela Defibaugh (Lee) of Locust Grove, VA; her grandchildren, Jennifer Foreman, Stephanie Ballard (Wes), Grant Foreman (Mandy), Dustin Williams, Bobbi Myers, Jamie Myers, Toni Myers, Mitchell Cheadle, Matt Cheadle, MacKenzie Neer, Carmen Link, Justin Defibaugh and Megan Defibaugh (Bryan New); and her sister-in-law Patricia Foreman. She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
