He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Joseph and Virgie Mildred Schrader (Glenn); his son Scott Edward Schrader; and his brothers, Tom and Richard Schrader.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Louise Schrader (Stump); his children, Brenda Sue Ostrander (Jeff) of Nelsonville, Kimberly S. Nelson (Randy) of Logan, Dennis R. Schrader (Sarah C.) of Elk Grove and James Michael McCune (Melanie) of Bellefontaine, Ohio; his grandchildren, Keagan Schrader, Molly and Riley Nelson; and his siblings, Charles Robert "Bob" Schrader (Leola) of Logan, Virginia Hagan, Helen Clonch and Sharon McManaway. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
