She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence H. Kornmiller and Lena Ellinger Kornmiller. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Jack Meadows; her children, Kerry J. Meadows of Logan and Karcy Rush (Greg) of Logan; her grandchildren, Kelsey Thornberry (Dustin) of Hawaii and Logan Meadows of Charleston; and her siblings, Jack Kornmiller of Logan, Joan Mundy of Logan and Letha George of Lancaster. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
