She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Mowery and Lena Mowery (Looker); her husband Claude Proctor Jr.; her daughter Claudette Sue Roush; and her brother Eugene Mowery.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Proctor of Logan and Gregory Proctor (Lisa) of Lake Panasoffkee, Florida. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
