She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Litt and Margaret Laura Ann Wilson (Yantes); her husband Hobart Harvey; her siblings, Harold, Roy, Mervin Wilson, Velma Goss and Linda Byrd; and her great great grandchild Quinn Orene.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Dean Harvey and Berdena Jean Smart (Paul); and her siblings, James E. Wilson and Ruth Ann Hawkins. She is also survived by four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 19 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the Harvey family suggests donations in Nellie's memory may be made to Freedom Memorial Church of Christ in Christian Union, 999 Church Street, Logan, OH 43138.
