She was predeceased by: her father David Wesley Foley; her son Joey Johnson Jr.; and her grandparents, Harold, Alice Bell, Bob and Helen James.
She is survived by: her mother Shirley A Ball Lutz of Logan; her husband Joe Johnson; her sons, Austin Foley of Logan and Jacob Johnson of Logan; her grandchildren, Peighton, Xavier and Dekoda; her siblings, Donald Reynolds, James Foley, Crystal Foley, Brandy Foley, Kendall Poling, Rebecca Spratlin and Jaime Smith; her stepfather Richard Stivison of Logan; her former husband Michael Carter of Logan; and her aunt Jennifer Clary of Logan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
