He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Collins of San Antonio, Robert Collins of Athens, Ohio and Cathy Duke of Logan, Ohio; his nieces and nephews, Andrew Perry (Lindsey) of Logan, Anthony Perry (Keely) of Pataskala and Erin Spires (Lance) of Logan, Ohio; and his close friend Montana.
