We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2021, at the age of 74, Merle Dearing of Logan, Ohio, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dearing and Alice Martin Dearing; his wife Patricia Doseck Dearing; his son Stephen Dearing; and his siblings, Walter "Snap" Dearing and Elizabeth Dearing.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracie Dearing of Logan; his brother Bruce Dearing (Ginny); his niece Laura McAnallen; and his nephew Brett Dearing.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Hocking County Board of Developmental Disabilities, 1369 E. Front St., Logan, Ohio 43138.
