Martha E. Cox Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2025, at the age of 89, Martha E. Cox in Logan, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Reuben and Tempie Amelia Buchenroth (Stutzman); her husband Alfred L. Cox Sr.; and her sisters, Ruth Jean McCloskey, Betty Eileen Smith and Lois A. Holycross.
She is survived by: her children, Alfred Cox Jr. of DeGraff, Scott Cox (Joyce) of West Liberty, Kevin Cox (Susan) of West Liberty, Barbara Powell of West Liberty and Jo Anne Hudson (Robert) of Bellefontaine; and her brother Donald Buchenroth. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Eichholtz Daring and Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation (321 N Main St, Bellefontaine, OH 43311). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 1140 Rush Ave, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311 or to Universal Home Health and Hospice, 921 Rush Ave, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311.
