She is survived by: her parent Pearl Cartee (Clark); and her children, Robert McNeely (Claudia) of Wellston, Roger McNeely (Robin) of Lancaster, Bonnie Souders of Nelsonville, Ann Postelwait, Patty Ward (Kenny) and Diana Johnson (Frank) of Logan. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
