She is survived by: her mother Beatrice Hogsett Collins; her husband Brent Webb; her children, Kenneth Richards (Mary Iiams) of Corning, Loretta Richards of Logan and Susan Richards of Logan; her grandchildren, Haley, Hannah, Hilary, Cheyenne, Kiersten, Kelsie and Kaleb; her great grandchild Kynzleah; and her siblings, Jack Russell (Brenda) of Glouster, Billy Russell (Angie) of Glouster, Andy Russell of Glouster, David Duncan of McConnelsville, Shirley Cook (Hank) of Murray City, Carolyn Hooper (Tom) of Glouster and Tammy Roberts of Glouster. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
