He was predeceased by: his parents, Mettajean Gerstner (Dickey) and David A. Gerstner; his brother Richard Gerstner (Dickey); and his pet Annie. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Gerstner; his sisters, Susan Picker (Jerry Picker) of Columbus, Linda Berteau (Paul Berteau) of Evergreen and Nancy Leggett (Bill Leggett) of Columbus; his stepchildren, Jason Thornton (Sandy Thornton) of Salem and Christina Smith (Don Smith) of Logan; and his stepgrandchildren, Katelynn Walker of Logan, Sierra Mitchell of Logan and Elizabeth Thornton of Salem, Oregon..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Worthington of Logan (72 W 2nd St, Logan, OH 43138). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
