He is survived by: his sons, Kenny Wayne Hopkins of Logan and Bruce Hopkins (Keri) of Orrville; his grandchildren, Britney Hopkins of Logan, Andrew (Liz), Amy Barnes (John) of Wooster, Jonee Taylor of Orrville, Jordan Hopkins of Orrville and Alexis Waugh (Hunter) of Orrville; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Nevaeh Hopkins of Logan, Jaxon Croucher of Orrville, Grayson and Eve Barnes of Wooster; his sisters, Martha Poling (Bill) of Logan and Sharon Carter of Tampa, FL; his nephew Chuck Hopkins (Nancy) of Logan, Multiple; his daughter Leah Ann Hopkins; and his siblings, William, Donald, Robert, Charles Jr., Clarence, George, Harold Hopkins, Shirley Hopkins, Marjorie Tubbs, Mary Swackhammer, Geraldine Bartlett, Blanche Pritchard, Rosie Edwards, Anna Hopkins, Virginia Hopkins and Linda Nelson.
