He is survived by: his fiancé Trish Marie Edwards; his children, Kyle Farmer (Morgan Spires) of Logan, Ohio and Kaylee Farmer (Rawn Riggs) of Logan, Ohio; his stepchildren, Loren Smyers (T. J.) of Logan, Ohio, Lyndsey Edwards of Logan, Ohio and Lance Edwards of Logan, Ohio; his grandchildren, Bella Smyers, Hadley Smyers and Emma Conrad; his brother Kevin Farmer (Shawna) of Logan, Ohio; and his pet Korey.
In lieu of flowers, the Farmer family suggests donations in Keith's honor may be made to charitable causes.
