He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Theodore and Sybil Elnora Arnett (Hayman). He is survived by: his wife Kim Leslie Arnett (Matan); his children, Andria Entingh (John) of Sugar Grove, Ohio and Jason Arnett (Jamie) of Logan, Ohio; his grandchildren, Abbi Evans, Ashanti Evans, Damon Arnett (Tiffani), Brandon Arnett (Larissa), Danielle Chandler (Dyllan) and Kellie Arnett; and his siblings, David M. Arnett (Valerie) of Rockbridge, Randy Arnett (Linda) of Logan, Ohio and Melody F. Arnett (Fred Stufflebeam) of Logan, Ohio. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
