He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Ansel Stivison and Bob Miller; his great grandchild Ashiah Chambers; and his siblings, Mark Miller and Patricia Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Gang Stivison; his children, Jeffery L. Stivison Jr. (Amber) of Reynoldsburg, Israel Stivison (Amanda) of Logan and Paula Chambers (Jack) of Logan; his grandchildren, Mark, Turtle, Jordan and Kenna; his siblings, Curt Stivison (Diane) of Logan, Jim Stivison of Logan, Randy Stivison of Logan, Larry Stivison of Logan, Tim Miller of Columbus, Bobby Miller of Columbus, Barb Spackey of Logan, Robin Wagner of Columbus and Tammy Humphrey (Brian) of Columbus; and his stepmother Betty Miller of Columbus. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Jeffery L. Stivison to Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, Ohio 43138, to help with funeral expenses.
