She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorwin L. Claffey and Clairbel Dixon Claffey; her husband Alvin E. Oney; her sons, Robert E. Oney and Alvin Oney II; her grandson Jason Oney; her great grandchild Silas Barnett; and her brother Lyle Claffey.
She is survived by: her children, Calvin Oney (Alberta) of Logan, Jennifer Edelmann (Mike) of Gallipolis and Beth Dodd of Columbus. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
