He was predeceased by: his parents, John Forman and Anna Margaret Kuhn (McBride); his daughters, Cynthia "Cindy" Anne Donaldson and Mary Frances Edinger; his siblings, John Edward Kuhn, Robert D. "Bob" Kuhn and Catherine Meyer; and his granddaughter Jennifer Rebecca McCutcheon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Catherine Kuhn (Dee Vermillion) of Port Charlotte and Rebecca "Becki" Susan Kuhn of Raleigh; his great grandchild Anna Margaret McCutcheon-Kuhn (Skyler); his close friends, A. J. and Jamie Nihiser; and his brother Charles J. Kuhn (Bonnie) of Sugar Grove, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
