He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Frasure (Stump); his children, James Edward Frasure Jr. (Denise) of Logan, Jeffrey Allan Frasure of Logan and Julienne Ludwig (Frasure) of Logan; his brother Woodrow L. Frasure (Brenda) of Logan; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Potts of Logan, Opal Nutter of Columbus, Lavona Blankenship of Logan, Katherine Schrader (Paul) of Logan, Angelika Stump of Logan and Coletta Stump of Logan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
