He was predeceased by: his parent Fredrick "Earl"; his wife Norma Jean Vorhees; his son-in-law Michael McGonagle; and his friend Audra "Midge" Blum. He is survived by: his parent Velva Inez Vorhees (Krinn); his children, Gary Lee Vorhees (Janell) of Logan and Carol Ann McGonagle of Logan; his granddaughter Katie Blasing (Zach) of Cincinnati; his great grandchildren, Isabella of Cincinnati, Kane of Cincinnati, Kole McGonagle of Cincinnati and James Blasing of Cincinnati; and also, Kyle McGonagle (Maribel) of Cincinnati and Kelly McGonagle of Dayton.
