She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence Anderson and Etheline Winters (Delvin); her significant other Richard D Downing; her sons, Timothy Downing (Kathy) and Richard Downing (Bobby); her daughter-in-law Joy Downing; her grandchildren, Joshua Downing (Tonya), Chad Downing (Angela), Jane Henry (Nathan), Jessica Downing and Beth Downing; her great grandchildren, Aden, Regan, Aniston, Jena and Harper; her cousins, Karen, Haas and Frederick Rambo Jr.; and her pet Maddy-Jo.
