She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Stanley and Freda Frances West (Guess); her former husband Charles R. "Bob" Heine; and her brother Thomas E. "Slick" West. She is survived by: her husband James Lewis "Jim" Breining; her son Michael Troy Heine (Jennifer) of Hartford City, Indiana; her stepsons, James L. Breining Jr. (Heather) of Logan and Brian Breining (Susan) of Logan; and her siblings, Patricia S. "Patty" Gibson of Logan, Ralph Edward West (Shelia M.) of Logan and C. William "Bill" West (Paula E.) of Hilliard, Ohio. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
