He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl and Sandra Lee Miller (Nelson); and his brothers, Paul and Russell Miller. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Miller (Marcum); his children, Harold Patton Miller Jr. of Union Furnace, Ohio and Lisa Marie Spangler (Robert) of Union Furnace, Ohio; his siblings, Scott Miller of Haydenville, Ohio, Julie Simonton (Scott) of Nelsonville and Amy Smitke (Brendon) of Marysville, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Everett Marcum (Ermal), Genieve Sheline (Rick), Stella Spaulding (Flem), Debra Collins (Paul) and Heather Miller.
