He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David and Lydia Ellen Brown (Mohler); his wife Bette Louise Brown (McKee); his sisters, Betty Goss and Josephine Hansel; and his daughter-in-law Brenda Sue Dawley-Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Steven H. Brown of Logan, Ohio and Sandra K. Brown (Stephen Weis) of Logan, Ohio; his grandson Steven Parker Brown of New Albany; his stepgrandson Dustin Weis (Kera) of Logan, Ohio; his great grandchild Myah Weis; his brother John Lee Brown (Carol) of Lancaster, Ohio; and his close friend Florence Ellis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
