He was predeceased by: his parents, Glendon Orval Smith Sr. and Mary Victoria Smith (Phelps); his granddaughter Autumn Smith; his sister Barbara Shaver; and his great-niece Christine Jans.
He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Ann Smith (Hoover); his children, Annette Hill of Logan, Tammy Smith of Logan, Karla Dickerson (Todd) of Logan, Amy Alumbaugh (Bevin) of Molalla, Oregon, Robert G. Smith (Kate) of Baltimore and Alex Smith of Molalla, Oregon; his sisters, Karen Cupp (Robert) of Logan, Judy Lynch of Logan, Vicki Joy (Stony) of Logan and Sandra Hedges of Logan; and his nephew Eric Jans. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Guests are required to follow current pandemic guidelines, wear masks, and practice social distancing.
