He is survived by: his wife Cathy Cooke (Callender); his siblings, Larry Cooke (Pennie) of Charlotte, NC, James Cooke (Beth) of Lancaster, Ronald Cook of Logan, Ohio and Judy Goshe (Ed) of Tiffin, Ohio; his mother-in-law Corene Callender; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Callender of Logan, Billie Sadorra of Oklahoma City and Connie Jo Brown of Logan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
