It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Wayne Waugh of Logan, Ohio, born in Athens, Ohio, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frederick and Katherine Louise Waugh (Skiver); his brother Rodney Dennis Waugh; and his sister-in-law Jacqueline Ann "Jackie" Waugh. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Mary Waugh (Dennis); his sons, Scott A. Waugh (Susan) of Bel Air and Mark D. Waugh (Christine) of Haymarket, Virginia; his grandchildren, Heather, Braeden, Katherine and John Waugh; and his siblings, Jack D. Waugh of Logan and Nancy Darlene Loper (Dan) of Logan.
