Tarlton; her husband Arthur Leonard; her sons, Russell and Rodney Tarlton; her grandchildren, Tamara Tarlton and Shane Tarlton; and her siblings, Iona, Arthur, Frank and Ralph Butterbaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Rosie Tarlton LeMaster (Tom), Richard Tarlton, Robin Tarlton McCloud (Forest), Connie Tarlton Vargo (Jack), Logan and Rachel Tarlton Soards (Jon); her grandchildren, Warren, Tara, April, Andrew, Aaron, Ashley, Joel, Heath, Shannon, Amber, Holly, Candy, Forest, John, Kristy, Carissa, Zachary, Alexis, Jorden, Adee and Silas; her great great grandchild Abel A. Combs; and her siblings, Grace Turley, Sadie Butterbaugh, Sarah Elliott, Marlene Gallion, Carolyn Butterbaugh, Arevena Nirote, Irene Granieri, Albert and Ray Jr. Butterbaugh.
