She is survived by: her husband Terry Starcher; her children, Mark Carsey (Rosemary) of Albany, Barbara Oberholzer (Charles) of Albany, Janie Wilson (Bryan) of Albany, Charlie Carsey of Shade and Mary Starcher (James Ott) of Parkersburg, WV.; her brother Lloyd Hudnall of Chauncey; her friends, Pam Carsey and Robin Larrick; and her pets, Mia and Abby. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
