She was predeceased by: her husband John; her daughters, Patty Wilkins and Sherry Ann Bailey; her grandson Brian; and her siblings, Eugene Hitchings, Joseph Hitchings and Rachel Bartow.

She is survived by: her children, Beverly Chute (Pat), Diana Schoonover, John H. Bailey Jr (Debby) and Tammy Watkins (Rodney); and her sister Rosezella Shaw of Lancaster.
