It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn E. McCalla in Logan, Ohio, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Elsie "Shepherd" Spencer (Hughes); her sons, Rex Delmar McCalla and Jack A. McCalla; her granddaughter Caroline Sue Vanderlaan; her stepfather Finley Hughes; and her stepsiblings, Donald Hughes, Dorothy Deunal (Don) of Lima and Mary Pape (Jim).
She is survived by: her husband Hubert McCalla; her son Tom McCalla (Jean) of Harrod; her grandson Mark McCalla of Perry, Florida; her grandson-in-law Tim Vanderlaan of Shiloh; her great grandchildren, Tommy McCalla and A. J. Aragon; and her great great grandchildren, Allissa Aragon, Rosemary Aragon, Virginia McCalla and Jacob McCall. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
