She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Floyd and Bessie Mae Keels (Harris); her husband William Edward Smith; and her son John Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Brown (Bill) of California, Jan Smith-Cox (Charlie) of Springfield and Nancy Smith (Steve Pierson) of Athens, Ohio. She is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren.
