She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Poling and Irene Wilson Poling Leffler. She is survived by: her children, Douglas S. Mundy of Logan, Thomas W. Mundy of Nelsonville, Dianne Tracey of Mt. Vernon and Mary Ann Mundy of Logan; her grandchildren, Sarah, Mia and Carly; her cousin Larry Bainter; and also April Wolfe of Nashville, Tennessee.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Eloise Mundy to the Hocking County Historical Society, 64 N. Culver St., Logan, Ohio 43138.
