He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Darnell and Violet Darnell (Coakley); and his brother Larry Darnell. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Darnell (Maria) of McAllen, Texas and Jenny Ditty (Jim) of Logan; his grandsons, James Ditty (Sarah), Paul Ditty (Whitney) and Peter Ditty (Julie); and his siblings-in-law, Sue Darnell of Logan, Pam McNichols (Gary) of South Bloomingville and Don Taylor of Lancaster. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
