He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Clark and Elda Good Clark; and his brother Howard Clark. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Taylor Clark; his children, Mike Clark (Shirley) of Rockbridge, Eddie Welker (Fonda) of Logan and Tammy Etzler (Freddie) of Clarksville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Amanda, Ashlynn, Ayden Etzler and Lane Welker; his great grandchild Arabella Lane; and his sisters, Vilora Severance of Columbus and Donna Mae Davis of Columbus. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Shepherd of Valley United Brethren in Christ Church, 297 Riff St., Logan, Ohio 43138.
