He was predeceased by: his mother Bette J. Smith Keffer. He is survived by: his sister Lynnette Blair (Tim) of Logan; his nephew Jim Blair (Brandi) of Lancaster; his niece Jennifer Beiter (Rob) of Logan; his great-niece Isabella Beiter; his great-nephew Andrew Beiter; and his aunts, Retha Walker and Letha Nihiser.
