It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Mae Rardain of Logan, Ohio, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Monroe and Eva Mae Harwood (Lee); and her husband George Melvin Rardain. She is survived by: her children, George M. Rardain II (Tammy) of Logan, Ohio and Carole Ann Nelson (Ricky L.) of Logan, Ohio; her grandchildren, Alexandria Maloney (Liam), Joshua Rardain, David Rardain, Allison Nelson (Ricky Lewis), Tyler Nelson (Megan) and Austin Nelson; her great grandchildren, Cody Hartman, Conner Hartman, Callie Lewis, Camyrn Lewis, Morgan Nelson and Henry Maloney; and her siblings, William Eugene Harwood (Shirley) of Logan, Ohio and Marjorie Ann Saving of Logan, Ohio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Dorothy's memory may be made to the Hocking County Humane Society, 36960 Hocking Drive, Logan, Ohio 43138.
