She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rockey and Florence Rockey; her husband Charles Pettit; her siblings, Edward Rockey and Rita; her son Michael Pettit; and her husband Sheldon Q. Pettit.

She is survived by: her children, Denis Brown (Dena), Daryl Brown, Sam Pettit, Donna Friesner (Honor Jr.) and Jean Azbell (Rick); and her grandchildren, Brian Friesner, Raymond Friesner, Lee Ann, Jillian Pettit, Josh Pettit and Sheldon Azbell.

In lieu of flower, donations may be made to the Fifth Avenue Church of Christ, 115 5th Ave, Lancaster, OH 43130.
