It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Elizabeth Watkins (Logan, Ohio), born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on May 28, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Franklin and Laura E. Fowler (Schneider); her husband Dwight William Watkins; and her brother-in-law Robert "Bob" F. Watkins. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Robin, Lois Watkins and Rodney Watkins (Tammy) of Rockbridge, Ohio; her sister-in-law Florence Watkins of Rockbridge, Ohio; and her close friends, Margie and Chuck Moore of Logan. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; several great-great nieces and nephews.
