He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Patricia Starkey (Howdyshell); his sons, Duane Starkey (Debbie) of Logan and Doug Starkey (Danielle) of Logan; his daughter-in-law Heather Starkey of Gilbert, Arizona; his daughters, Teri Hockman of Middleport and Melanie Basconi (Tony) of Beckley; his grandchildren, Dawn Breagel (Ray), Aaron Hockman (Christine), Amber Sharratt (Jeff), Jayme Jones (Jason), Brandon Wharton (Jasmine), Cory Wharton (Holly), Austin Starkey, Khloe Starkey, TJ Basconi, Alyson Treadway (Brandon), Whitney Basconi, Benjamen Starkey, Brandon Hiles and Rachael Hiles; and his great grandchildren, Haylee, Brooke, Sydney, Aslynn, Alexis, Dylan, Josey, Harper, Alexander, Landon, Cooper, Mason and Roman.
