He is survived by: his children, John Wesley Tilley Sr. (Amber) of Logan, David Gene Tilley Jr. (Crystal) of Logan, Jennifer Lynn Lewis (Monty) of Shelby and Andrea Miller of Xenia, Ohio; and his siblings, Frank Tilley of Huntington, Jerry Luke Tilley of Lancaster, Marty Tilley of Laurelville, Ohio, Joan Loper, Margie Tilley, Carol Barnes, Sally Stevens, Barb Clark and Betty DeNune. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
