He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Richard and Betty Jane Duffy (Sabo); and his niece Jessica Storkan. He is survived by: his son Ryan Duffy of Galloway; his sister Jackie Duffy-Wayne (James) of Hebron; and his nephew Kevin Storkan of Chico, California. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family suggest donations be made in memory of Dave to a charity of the donor's choice.
