He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dewey and Audra Fay Howdyshell (Deible); and his granddaughter Brianna Price. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn "Lorraine" Howdyshell (Bush); his children, Audrey Price (Keith) of Logan, Dawn Waldie (Rodger) of Logan and Rodney Howdyshell (Angela) of Lancaster, Ohio; his sister Norma J. Palmer of Logan; his grandchildren, Courtney Maguire, Amber Householder, Christopher, Kelsey and Jacob Waldie; and his great grandchildren, Jayden Shoaf, Bentley and Briley Householder.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Dale's memory may be made to the Hocking County Fish and Game Association-P.O. Box 1083, Logan, Ohio, 43138.
