He is survived by: his son Creed Smith II (Wilma Jane Blue) of Orient; his mother Vera Smith; his brothers, Bob Smith (Vicky) and Mark Smith; his grandchildren, Andrew Buddy, Whitney Buddy, Makayla Buddy, Kaleb Buddy and Little Buddy; and his stepchildren, Robbie Carley and Katy Schernitz.
